Blossom honey
A light yellow and mild honey that can vary in taste from year to year depending on the weather.
The apiary for our spring blossom honey is located in Pfullingen in the Echazauen
and on the Lindenbach in the middle of wonderful orchards, where you can find the whole variety of plants that bloom at this time of the year: willows, dandelions, various fruit trees, hawthorn, maple and many others to name just a few.
