Forest and blossom honey is produced when the nectar input merges with the input of forest honey. The mixture produces a light reddish-brown honey with a good taste. Due to the forest honey content, the sweetness of the blossom honey is not perceived as intense. The honey is often used in liquid form, but is given a fine creamy consistency when stirred due to the blossom honey it contains.
